👔Could you join the small, dedicated, friendly group of volunteers who run the Darlington Cares uniform exchange on the ground floor of the Feethams car park?

The uniform exchange is a lifeline for many parents who can kit out their children for free as well as helping everyone reuse and recycle and stop old clothes heading to landfill.

The exchange is run entirely by volunteers, who open the shop 10am-1pm Monday to Friday, but more help is needed especially with the busy summer holiday period coming.

You can volunteer as much or as little as you want – you can have set days or just lend a hand on an ad hoc basis when you are free. Any help you can give will ensure the exchange goes from strength to strength.

To find out more or to volunteer email Chelsea Johnson – chelsea.johnson@darlington.gov.uk
